I FINALLY got to see Le Petit Nicolas at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts this evening! It was featured as part of a French film festival. I remember enjoying the books - or at least excerpts from the books - while I was studying French in high school, and the film really captures their warmth and humor with its portrayal of the inner (and outer) life of school kids. I laughed out loud practically the entire time. Delightful!
